Puppy Development

Did you know that the most important stages for growth and learning for a puppy is between 8 and 12 weeks old?

Sadly, for most pups, it is during this crucial period that they are kept secluded, as they have not had their second inoculation.

Here at The Barn, we provide a sanitary, safe and secure environment where pups from eight weeks, who are still awaiting their second inoculation can begin their learning adventure.

Puppy Preschool

Puppy preschool classes are a great basis for early, safe socialising. Here at The Barn, I can offer you an 8 week course you will also get to do some extra homework and socialisation on your own if you are to get the best out of your pup. You will even receive  your own puppy tick list Socialising file!

Throughout your puppy’s time at the Barn, he/she will be introduced to a range of surfaces and obstacles, building their agility, confidence and skills. Your puppy will develop proprioception through the use of specialised inflatable pads, increasing strength and awareness of how their body (particularly the limbs) are orientated and how they move.

Classes are small and are booked up quickly, so if you are thinking of joining me, or perhaps want to hear more, pop over to my contact page to ask away.
